Which are the best mutual fund categories I can invest in

I have 1000000 to invest. I want to do investment in multiple fund also. I would like to SWP which is best funds can you explain me tax portion. Balanced Fund is better or liquid which gives more returns?

Investing in mutual funds should be based on your risk profile and investment horizon. As both of these are not clear, we are unable to make any suggestions as to how you can allocate your Rs 10 Lakhs in different category of funds.

Also, SWP can be done from any fund but again we need to know, as mentioned above, your risk profile and time horizon.
